Lisa Larsen (Pictured in the orange shirt) and her Husband Benton has 2 Kids one of which is on a mission for “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints”. The other is in high school and is just getting her Drivers License.

Lisa Larsen had used Icy Hot on her right foot due to pain and later that day she had applied a secondary source of heat using a heated pad. This caused a reaction that started with a blister that she tried to help heal using a triple antibiotic ointment. Several days later it had gotten worse, so they went into the emergency room and found out that it had burned down to the bone, and she now had a flesh-eating bacteria that has permanently damaged her right foot and it now needs to be amputated. The surgery took place on Oct 31, 2022, and she was in the hospital for recovery. The leg had to be amputated just below the knee.

This fund raiser is to help with any medical bills and assistance with making the home of Lisa accommodating to her new condition. She will need help with railing and other medical equipment that may not be covered by her medical coverage.
